Look, friends, this time of year gets crazy. We are so focused on buying gifts, traveling, going to parties, and just keeping up with life that we forget to take care of ourselves!
And, if you are anything like me, January hits and you realize you just lost six full weeks of self-care, workouts, and proper nutrition that you likely worked all year to master. Then, after the holidays we start all over again. It is frustrating!
This year I decided it is time to change SOMETHING. If you follow me on Instagram (@rachelkasswrites) you know I have been doing the Pile on the Miles Challenge through Run Eat Repeat during November. It has been so much fun and held Dan and me accountable even through the tough weeks and cold weather.
Now, I am stepping up my game. Fellow Flowers, a kick-ass female-driven community of runners has a FREE holiday challenge.
Here are the rules: move your booty for 3o minutes every day!

My sister introduced me to Fellow Flowers when they were starting a few years back, and I have been hooked ever since. This past spring I did the Her Madison Half Marathon and 5k which they run, and it was AMAZING.
It doesn’t matter whether you walk, run, swim, bike, crawl, rock climb, cross fit, Zumba, dance, yoga, or weight lift for your 3o minutes each day, you just need to commit to getting it done!
